Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, refunds may be considered under certain circumstances.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if:

  • The product does not function as described
  • The product cannot be installed
  • There is a technical issue we are unable to resolve

Refund Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Compatibility issues not clearly stated in product details
  • Lack of technical knowledge or experience
  • Conflicts with third-party plugins, themes, or services
  • Custom modifications made after purchase
