Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, refunds may be considered under certain circumstances.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered if:
- The product does not function as described
- The product cannot be installed
- There is a technical issue we are unable to resolve
Refund Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Compatibility issues not clearly stated in product details
- Lack of technical knowledge or experience
- Conflicts with third-party plugins, themes, or services
- Custom modifications made after purchase
