How We Protect Your Services
Multiple recovery layers help us respond to both small and large incidents.
Daily Infrastructure Backups
SingleBuck’s primary server infrastructure is backed up daily, with multiple recent restore points retained. These backups provide a recovery path in the event of serious server failure, system corruption, or another major infrastructure incident.
Service-Level Backups
Website and hosting-service backups may also be available for more targeted recovery. This can allow an individual website, database, or service to be restored without rolling back the entire server.
Incident Response
When an interruption occurs, our priorities are to identify the affected service, stabilize the environment, restore availability, communicate meaningful updates, and review the cause after service is restored.
Disaster Recovery
Major recovery procedures may include restarting affected services, repairing configuration issues, restoring an individual backup, or recovering the full server from a recent restore point. The safest method depends on the nature and scope of the incident.
