A few things customers may want to know.
Does this mean my entire invoice can never change?
No. The guarantee protects the eligible core service price you signed up for. Your total can change if you add services, increase usage, request custom work, incur taxes or third-party charges, or otherwise change what you receive.
What happens if I upgrade my plan?
An upgrade is a different service configuration and will use the price offered for the upgraded plan at that time. We will clearly show the new price before you approve the change.
Can I cancel and return later at my old price?
Normally, no. The protected price is connected to a continuously active eligible service. If it is cancelled, expires, or is terminated, a future purchase may use the price then available.
Are domain names included?
Domain prices may be affected by registry, registrar, exchange-rate, tax, and other third-party costs. Unless an offer specifically says otherwise, those external charges are not frozen by the SingleBuck Price Guarantee.
Could a promotional price have different terms?
Yes. Limited-time promotions, custom proposals, and special offers may include their own duration or renewal terms. Those written terms take priority over this general page.
How do I confirm whether my service is protected?
