More than maintenance

Some businesses want control.
Others want us to handle it.

SingleBuck Care is built for both. If you are comfortable managing your own content, a lighter plan may be all you need. If your website changes often, supports an online store, or you simply do not want to spend your time maintaining it, a higher Care plan gives SingleBuck more room to step in and do the work for you.

01

We keep it healthy

WordPress, plugins, themes, monitoring, backups, and routine website health are managed according to your plan.

02

We make changes

Eligible website edits and routine changes can be submitted through your Account Hub and counted against your monthly Care allowance.

03
?

We troubleshoot

When something needs hands-on investigation, Care gives you included technical assistance instead of automatically paying for every request.

04

We move faster

Higher plans receive larger monthly allowances and higher service priority because active businesses cannot always wait.

Hosting vs. Care

Hosting keeps the service running. Care puts our hands on your website.

SingleBuck hosting includes support for the hosting service itself. Hands-on website work, content changes, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical assistance are separate unless they are included in an active SingleBuck Care plan.

01

Hosting support

Questions about your SingleBuck service, account access, billing, and SingleBuck-side service issues are supported as part of the service you purchased.

Outside your allowance

If you do not have Care, or your monthly allowance has been used, eligible hands-on work can still be requested at our standard technical rate with approval before billable work begins.

If you regularly need more help than your plan includes, moving up can cost less than repeatedly purchasing additional technical work.

We become part of the workflow

For busy sites and online stores, Premium Care gives SingleBuck enough capacity to help with frequent routine changes without turning every update into a separate invoice.

E-commerceActive sitesPriority care
Important: Care allowances are for routine website updates, maintenance assistance, and eligible technical work. Major redesigns, new pages or large new sections, custom development, large data-entry projects, new integrations, migrations, and other project work may require a separate quote.
The more you want us to handle, the more Care gives you.

You can stay hands-on with your website, or let SingleBuck become the technical partner behind it. Your plan determines how much recurring help, change capacity, and priority is built into your monthly service.

Choose by how you work

The right plan depends on how often your website needs you.

A brochure-style website may only change a few times a year. A busy business website or online store may need product edits, promotions, seasonal content, pricing changes, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical attention. Care scales with that workload.

01 / LIGHTER CAREMostly self-managed

You are comfortable editing your own content and mainly want SingleBuck to keep the technical foundation maintained and available when an occasional request comes up.

02 / ACTIVE CAREActive business website

Your site changes throughout the month and you want regular access to SingleBuck for edits, troubleshooting, configuration, and assistance without paying for every small task.

03 / HIGHER CAREOnline store or high-use site

Products, promotions, pricing, banners, content, forms, and technical needs change frequently. You want SingleBuck to take a much more active role and respond with higher priority.

Why SingleBuck Care

You are paying for fewer things to become your problem.

Care is designed for small businesses, creators, organizations, and stores that want predictable access to technical help without an agency-sized contract or a separate invoice every time something needs attention.

Predictable monthly help

Your included allowance makes routine website work easier to budget than paying individually every time you need assistance.

A team that knows your website

Ongoing Care means SingleBuck becomes familiar with your setup instead of treating every request like a brand-new technical mystery.

More value as your needs increase

Higher plans intentionally include more request capacity and faster service, making them more economical for websites that need frequent attention.

Control stays with you

Use your allowance when you need us. Manage things yourself when you do not. Care gives you access without taking ownership away from you.

How Care works

Choose your level. Use us when you need us.

Once Care is active, eligible website work is requested through your SingleBuck Account Hub, where your service level and remaining monthly allowance can be tracked.

01

Choose your plan

Select the level that matches how often your website changes and how much of the technical work you want SingleBuck to handle.

02

We review the site

We confirm the website can enter Care, identify existing issues, and establish the maintenance baseline.

03

Request through the Hub

Submit eligible updates, changes, and technical requests through your Account Hub. Your plan allowance determines what is included.

04

Use more when needed

If you exceed your allowance, approve additional billable work or move to a higher Care plan when that becomes the better value.

What hands-on help can cost

Small website jobs add up faster than you think.

Without an active Care allowance, eligible hands-on website work is billed at $49/hour. These examples show how ordinary requests can add up when you pay for them individually instead of having them included in a monthly Care plan.

Replace an existing image~ $24.50Example: about 30 minutes

Update text or a price~ $24.50Example: about 30 minutes
Publish a supplied blog post~ $49Example: about 1 hour

When Care becomes the better value

If your website needs frequent attention, paying one request at a time can cost more.

A business needing twelve separate one-hour jobs in a month would spend about $588 at the standard $49/hour rate. Premium Care is $499/month and includes up to 25 standard Care requests, plus the ongoing maintenance, monitoring, backups, priority service, and website health work that comes with the plan.

More support. Predictable cost. Less meter-watching.

Examples are illustrative only and assume the time shown at SingleBuck’s standard $49/hour technical rate. Actual time and cost depend on the request, website, access, and complexity. Billable work is confirmed before it begins. Large projects, custom development, redesigns, bulk entry, and major new functionality are quoted separately.

SingleBuck Care plans

Pay for the level of involvement you actually need.

Every plan keeps the technical foundation healthier. Higher plans give you more hands-on requests, more direct assistance, stronger protection, and faster priority when your website needs us.

Need more than your plan includes? Eligible hands-on technical work outside your monthly Care allowance is billed at $49/hour. We confirm billable work before it begins. If you regularly need additional work, upgrading your Care plan may cost less than paying request by request.

Monthly Care allowances reset each billing month and do not roll over. A standard Care request is a routine task of reasonable scope. Large projects, custom development, redesigns, major new functionality, bulk product entry, and similar project work are quoted separately.

Frequently asked questions

Know what your Care plan covers.

SingleBuck Care is intentionally transparent about what is included, what uses your allowance, and when extra work becomes billable.

Ask another question →
What is a standard Care request?+

A standard Care request is a routine task of reasonable scope, such as changing existing text, replacing an image, updating business information, changing a price, adding a supplied document, updating a small number of products, adjusting an existing section, or investigating a routine website issue. Larger projects may require a separate quote.

What happens if I use all of my monthly requests?+

You can wait for your allowance to reset, approve additional eligible work at $49/hour, or move to a higher Care plan if your website consistently needs more hands-on attention.

Does normal hosting support use my Care allowance?+

No. Questions about your SingleBuck hosting service, billing, account access, or an issue caused by SingleBuck infrastructure are not website-change requests. Care allowances apply when SingleBuck is asked to perform hands-on work on your website, content, configuration, or technical setup.

Why would an online store need a higher plan?+

Stores tend to change more often. Products, prices, promotions, banners, availability, content, forms, and integrations may need regular attention. If you do not want to make those changes yourself, Standard or Premium Care gives SingleBuck substantially more monthly capacity to handle them for you.

Can SingleBuck Care manage a website built elsewhere?+

In many cases, yes. We first review the website, hosting, software, access, and current condition to confirm it can safely enter a Care plan. Existing issues or cleanup work may need to be resolved separately before regular Care begins.

Is website hosting included?+

Hosting and SingleBuck Care are separate services unless your package or project agreement specifically says otherwise. Care can be paired with SingleBuck hosting and, in approved cases, compatible external hosting.

Do unused Care requests roll over?+

No. Care is a monthly availability and service plan, not a bank of prepaid project hours. Your allowance resets each billing month so SingleBuck can maintain predictable capacity for all Care clients.

Does Care include major redesigns or new development?+

No. Major redesigns, large new pages or sections, custom plugins, complex integrations, migrations, bulk data entry, and other substantial project work may require a separate quote even when you have an active Care plan.

Can I change my Care plan later?+

Yes. If your website becomes more active, your store grows, or you find yourself regularly purchasing additional technical work, you can move to a Care level that better matches your actual usage.

Choose how hands-on you want to be.

Your website can be your responsibility. Or more of ours.

Keep control when you want it and call on SingleBuck when you do not. Care gives your website ongoing maintenance, a defined monthly allowance for hands-on work, and more direct support as your needs grow.
