Software License Agreement

License Grant
Upon purchase, SingleBuck Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software in accordance with this Agreement and the terms specified at the time of purchase.
This license does not grant ownership of the software.
License Restrictions
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute the software
- Share, transfer, or expose license keys
- Modify, copy, or redistribute the software as your own
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law
- Use the software in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
License Types
License types may include, but are not limited to:
- Single-site license
- Multi-site license
- Developer license
- Lifetime license
Specific usage limits, updates, and support terms are defined at the time of purchase.
Updates
Access to updates is provided based on the license type and purchase terms. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue updates at any time.
Support
Support is provided at our discretion and may vary depending on the license type. We do not guarantee ongoing support or response times.
Ownership
All software, including source code, design, and related materials, remains the exclusive property of SingleBuck Technologies.
Purchasing a license grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.
Termination
This license may be terminated if you violate any terms of this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies in your possession. No refunds will be provided in the event of termination due to violation of these terms.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SingleBuck Technologies shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including:
- Website damage
- Data loss
- Compatibility issues
- Third-party conflicts
- Business interruptions or loss of revenue
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Nova Scotia.
