Try This First
Before diving into specific issues, these quick steps often resolve the most common problems:
- Clear your cache (browser and plugin)
- Make sure your license is activated
- Ensure your plugin is up to date
- Log out and back into your account
Login & Account Issues
Can’t log in
- Reset your password and try again
- Make sure your email address and password are correct
- If 2FA is enabled, confirm the code is entered correctly
Account locked
- Wait a few minutes and try again
- Check whether too many failed login attempts triggered a lockout
Licensing Issues
License won’t activate
- Copy and paste the key again carefully
- Make sure the license is being used on the correct domain
- Check whether the license is already active on another site
License expired
- Renew your license to continue receiving updates and support
- Your product may still work, but update access will stop after expiration
Plugin Not Working
Plugin not showing after installation
- Make sure the plugin is installed and activated
- Refresh your WordPress dashboard
- Check that the plugin ZIP uploaded properly
A feature is not working
