BIG support for the little guys!
Hello, and welcome.
My name is Andrew Boutilier, and I built SingleBuck with a simple goal in mind: to create digital tools and services that are purposeful, reliable, and genuinely affordable for the little guys.

SingleBuck Technologies
For years, I watched the digital services industry become more complicated, more expensive, and increasingly disconnected from the people it was supposed to serve. Small businesses, creators, nonprofits, and independent entrepreneurs were often being asked to pay corporate-level prices for tools they did not fully need, systems they did not understand, or services that became dramatically more expensive once they were already committed.
That never sat right with me.
I was introduced to web development in my late teens, and the curiosity never left. What began as experimenting with websites grew into more than twenty years of learning, building, troubleshooting, managing servers, developing software, and creating the infrastructure that SingleBuck operates on today.
Over time, I learned that many of the high costs in this industry are not always necessary. Sometimes they come from layers of resellers, oversized companies, excessive overhead, or pricing models designed to extract as much money as possible from customers after they have become dependent on a service.
I believed there had to be another way.
That “single buck” became more than the name of a plan. It became the standard behind the company.
Since then, SingleBuck has grown into much more than hosting. We now provide websites, ecommerce solutions, domains, email, software, account tools, project support, and managed digital services designed to help people build something real online.
But the purpose has not changed.
SingleBuck exists to make professional digital services accessible to people who are often ignored, underestimated, or priced out by larger companies. It exists for the small business owner trying to establish a real online presence, the creator turning an idea into something sustainable, the nonprofit trying to make every dollar count, and the entrepreneur who deserves serious tools without being treated like an unlimited source of revenue.
This matters to me personally because I know what it means to build something without unlimited money, staff, investors, or resources. I know what it feels like to have a good idea and still wonder whether the cost of the tools will prevent it from becoming real.
I never wanted SingleBuck to become the kind of company it was created to challenge.
The standard I want this company to keep
Our pricing should be reasonable and explainable. Our services should provide genuine value. Our systems should be dependable. Our communication should be clear. Our customers should never feel trapped, misled, or taken advantage of.
Affordable does not mean careless. It does not mean cutting corners, lowering standards, or offering something that barely works. It means operating intelligently, building our own systems where possible, reducing unnecessary overhead, and passing those efficiencies on to the people we serve.
What I want this to mean to our team
I want that responsibility to matter to every person who represents SingleBuck. Customers are not just account numbers, transactions, or support tickets. They are people trusting us with something important to them: their business, their project, their income, their reputation, or an idea they have worked hard to create.
That trust should be treated with respect.
I want SingleBuck to be a company where people take pride in solving problems, explaining things clearly, treating customers fairly, and finding practical ways to help. I want our staff to understand that protecting the customer experience is not separate from the success of the company. It is the reason the company can succeed at all.
Why fair pricing matters
Profit matters. A business must be sustainable, and SingleBuck must grow. But I believe growth should come from earning trust, providing value, and building long-term relationships, not from exploiting confusion, dependence, or customer loyalty.
That is also why fair pricing matters so much to me.
A reasonable price is not simply a marketing strategy. It is part of the promise we make. It tells customers that we respect their budget, understand the realities of running something small, and believe good technology should not be reserved only for organizations with large amounts of money.
SingleBuck will continue to grow, develop new services, and build better systems. But no matter how large it becomes, I want the company to remain grounded in the same philosophy that created it:
- Build with purpose.
- Charge fairly.
- Be honest about what we offer.
- Support people who are trying to move forward.
- Never forget who we built it for.
Because when our customers succeed, SingleBuck succeeds with them.
Thank you for being here, and for choosing SingleBuck.
